I'm Émanuelle, founder of PrettyInsideOut. I've always believed that clothing can be beautiful, meaningful and deeply personal, without having to produce more of it.
I love taking the time to search, compare and notice the cut, fabric or detail that sets a piece apart. Today, PrettyInsideOut is a Montréal-based curated house of new, high-end clothing and accessories from already-produced end-of-season collections. I personally select every piece. The goal isn't to fill a store. It's to share pieces I genuinely believe in.
More than appearances
My own journey led me to think early on about the body, other people's perceptions and the space we allow ourselves to occupy. Years studying psychology and working with people deepened that understanding, alongside my love of fashion, performance and self-expression.
Clothing can express a personality, a desire or a chapter of life. Sometimes, loving a piece simply because it's beautiful is reason enough.
Your wardrobe library
I think of a wardrobe as a personal library, built over time with pieces that each have their own character and place. Some belong to everyday life; others are for a particular moment. Not everything needs to be practical or timeless to deserve a place.
The searching and curating have already been done when you discover PrettyInsideOut. The pleasure of exploring, trying things on and deciding what feels right remains entirely yours.

Shop the selection directly online, book a complimentary private fitting in Longueuil with your chosen pieces prepared in advance, or ask me about personal styling support. I love being able to offer time, thoughtful advice and genuine human connection.
Choosing from what already exists
Every piece is new and comes from an already-produced collection. PrettyInsideOut commissions no new textile production. This approach also allows me to offer prices below original retail reference prices. When a reference price has been verified, it's shown alongside the PrettyInsideOut price.
Beauty, pleasure and consideration can coexist without guilt or grand declarations. One thing will never change: volume will never come before taste.

Our founder
PrettyInsideOut was born from Émanuelle Robitaille's journey.
Early on, she understood one thing: clothing is not just an accessory.
It's a way of holding oneself, seeing oneself, existing.
Navigating the world from her wheelchair, she developed a unique perspective—more attentive, more precise.
For her, clothing first became a space for expression, self-discovery, and acceptance.
Over time—and despite the limitations her body imposed on her creativity—this connection broadened, turning towards the women around her.
Clothing then became a link, a language, a presence.
This sensitivity then permeated her work as a therapist, where she helped hundreds of people connect with themselves.
Then, in the public eye, she continued to explore how others see us and the place we choose to occupy.
PrettyInsideOut is where everything comes together—a way of uniting perspective, experience, and intuition, in a more conscious approach to clothing, serving the woman who wears it.
